About Me

I am a San Diego native and La Jolla High School graduate. I graduated from UCLA with a B.S. in Physiological Science in 2009. While at UCLA, I was the Student Athletic Trainer for the UCLA Baseball and Swim & Dive teams. I am currently a volleyball coach for San Diego Volleyball Club & Seaside Volleyball Club and have been since 2005. Recently, I worked as a Mad Science Instructor teaching science to and sparking the imaginations of elementary students. I have also worked as a Classroom Assistant at Audeo Charter School where I tutored middle school and high school students in various academic subjects to help support their academic success. I am currently in the MCC 1-Year (Single-Subject) Program at USD, pursuing my M.Ed. Curriculum & Instruction/Single-Subject Teaching Credentials in Biology, Mathematics (Foundational), and Chemistry. I have a passion for working with people. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and learning from my students and players each day.
